We use your information to provide and improve the Ring Konnet service, show you relevant matches, send you notifications about matches and messages, verify your identity, and ensure the safety of our community.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your profile information is visible to other Ring Konnet users. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the platform, including Supabase (database), AWS (verification), and Agora (live rooms).

4. Photos and Verification

Photos you upload are stored securely. For identity verification, we use AWS Rekognition to compare your selfie with your profile photo. Verification photos are stored securely and used only for this purpose.

5. Location Data

We collect your approximate location to show you matches nearby. We never share your exact location with other users — only your general area (city/region) is visible on your profile.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which will permanently delete all your data.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile information at any time. To request data deletion, you can delete your account from the app or contact us.

9. Children's Privacy

Ring Konnet is strictly for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we discover a user is under 18, we will immediately delete their account.
